Event Description:
Spend an afternoon with John McGivern, best known for his Emmy Award-winning work on PBS and his one-man-shows, as he shares personal and funny winter stories growing up on the east side of Milwaukee. He shares stories of Snow Days, Parochial School Lessons, and the long, cold nights of dreaming about the two-week summer vacation at the cottage up north.
This show will fondly recount memories of winters past and stories of our world today. It’s guaranteed to generate loads of laughs and a warm sense of familiarity. Many will remember John from his performance of The Wonder Bread Years at the CAL Center several years ago.
