During this pop-up vinyasa class, we will move in sync with the breath and the season of spring. We'll wade through a flowing series of postures with an emphasis on molasses-like transitions and grounding down into our literal connection with the Earth. Come shake off winter and step into a more embodied spring.
Make it a yoga day and stay for Yin at 1:30pm!
