Fitness class for all fitness levels! Each class is a full-body workout - strength, dance, and core (for all fitness levels). Bring yoga mat or towel (resistance band and lightweight optional). No Charge, donations for instructors are accepted. Mondays at 8:15 am and Thursdays at 5 pm!
