That's why we encourage you to join our HEALTH 4 U program, a CDC approved approach to take charge of your health. With this program, you can cut your risk of type 2 diabetes by more than 70%.Health 4 U was designed using the National Diabetes Prevention Program, a lifestyle change program covered by Medicare B for those that qualify. Other insurances may cover the program as well. Self-pay is only $240 for the 12 month program if paid prior to first day of class.
