Juneau County had unemployment rate of 4.3% in 2021

Juneau County recorded an unemployment rate of 4.3% among residents aged 16 and 65 years old in 2021. That’s 556 people out of the 26,595 living in Juneau County at the time, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The unemployment rate in Juneau County has increased compared to the 3.7% registered in 2020.

The percentage of people unemployed in Juneau County was greater than the statewide unemployment rate of 3.5%.

Of the 12,352 people who had a job during that time, 121 were employed in the Armed Forces and 12,231 belonged to the civilian labor force.
