Upland Hills Health has been recognized as one of the top hospitals in the United States for nurse communication, according to a recent report from Becker’s Hospital Review. The hospital received a 5-star rating based on patient survey data collected by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

The CMS Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey gathers feedback from patients about their care experience. The survey asks how well nurses explained information, listened, and treated patients with courtesy and respect. Data for this recognition was collected between October 2023 and September 2024.
