Of the 130 people living in Mount Sterling in 2020, 56.2 percent (73) were women and 43.8 percent (57) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SW Wisconsin News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 13. In the 65 and over age range, there were 25 females and 14 males.
