Upland Hills Health has announced its holiday schedule for clinics during December. This information details closures and altered hours, allowing staff time with family while ensuring essential services remain available.
During the week of Christmas, on December 23, the Spring Green clinic will be closed, though all other family practice and specialty clinics will operate normally. On December 24 and 25, all clinics will be closed in observance of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Operations resume on December 26, except for the Highland Clinic, which will remain closed. The Barneveld Clinic will close on December 27; however, Highland Clinic will open in the morning only.
In preparation for New Year’s celebrations, Montfort Clinic closes on December 30. On December 31, both Montfort Clinic and Spring Green Clinic are scheduled to be closed. All clinics will observe a closure on January 1 for New Year’s Day. Highland Clinic remains closed through January 2 and January 3.
