Saylor Bell Hansen made her entrance into the world on January 1, 2025, at Upland Hills Health. Arriving two weeks ahead of schedule, she was born at 6:57 a.m. to parents Hana and Logan Hansen from Mineral Point. The baby girl weighed 7 pounds 6 ounces and measured 20.5 inches in length.

The delivery was conducted by Dr. Jenifer Dankyi, OB/GYN, and both mother and child are reported to be in good health. They are preparing to return home where Saylor will join her older sister, Palmer.

Proud grandparents Marvin and Tina Carl from Fennimore, along with Mark and Beth Hansen from South Chase, expressed their joy over the new addition to their family.

The local community extended a warm welcome to the first baby of the New Year by gifting the family newborn supplies and gift certificates.

A spokesperson for Upland Hills Health stated, "We are committed to providing the safest and best possible experience for every patient that enters our clinics, our hospital, our nursing and rehab center, our medical equipment store, or who invites us into their home through Home Care or Hospice services."
