Sunday, April 13: Mineral Point High School standout Liam Stumpf’s college team loses to Akron Zips

On Sunday, April 13, former Mineral Point High School standout Liam Stumpf’s current college team, the Central Michigan Chippewas, lost 7-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Akron Zips.

The game took place at Skeeles Field. This was their third matchup against the Zips this season.

The Chippewas’ next game is scheduled for Monday, April 14 at 3 p.m. at Keilitz Field at Theunissen Stadium against Davenport Panthers.
