Sunday, April 27: Mineral Point High School standout Liam Stumpf’s college team wins to Ball State Cardinals

On Sunday, April 27, former Mineral Point High School standout Liam Stumpf’s current college team, the Central Michigan Chippewas, won 4-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Ball State Cardinals.

The game took place at Keilitz Field at Theunissen Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Chippewas’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 2 at 3:05 p.m. at Robert J. Bobb Stadium at Hyames Field against Western Michigan Broncos.
