There were 662 students enrolled in Necedah Area School District in the 2024-25 school year, 6.2% less than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2024-25 school year, 50.8% identified themselves as girls, 49.2% as boys.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, accounting for 93.4% of the Necedah Area School District total enrollment.

Necedah Area School District covers five schools within Juneau County, with its main office in Necedah.

Among the five schools in the district, Necedah Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 244 students in the 2024-25 school year.

Wisconsin had a student-to-teacher ratio of 14-to-1 in 2025, lower than the national average of 16-to-1, according to Public School Review.
