There were 800 students enrolled in Mineral Point Unified School District in the 2024-25 school year, 2.3% more than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2024-25 school year, 54% identified themselves as boys, 46% as girls.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, accounting for 93.3% of the Mineral Point Unified School District total enrollment.

Mineral Point Unified School District covers three schools within Iowa County, with its main office in Mineral Point.

Among the three schools in the district, Mineral Point Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 377 students in the 2024-25 school year.

Wisconsin ranks 22nd in the U.S. for public education spending, with an annual expenditure of over $16,500 per pupil, totaling $13.8 billion per year.
