Rep. Tony Kurtz, a Republican elected in 2025 to represent Wisconsin's 41st House district, recently posted several messages on his Twitter account addressing a rule change and urging public participation during the comment period.

On September 16, 2025, Kurtz emphasized the importance of public feedback regarding the proposed rule change, stating, "That's why it's critical for anyone impacted by this rule change to provide feedback now, during the public comment period so DATCP makes appropriate changes." In a follow-up tweet on the same day, he provided a resource for those seeking more information: "Here's the Farm Bureau's page: https://t.co/NUfCUGIUMo"

Later that week, on September 18, 2025, Kurtz shared another post simply stating "Spot on! https://t.co/h0BVAwzHFL"

Kurtz began serving in the Wisconsin State House after being elected in 2025. He succeeded Alex Dallman as representative of the state's 41st House district.
