Ithaca School District Education: 367 students were enrolled in schools in 2022-23 school year

There were 367 students enrolled in Ithaca School District schools in the 2022-23 school year, 9.8% less than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 54.5% of them were boys, and 45.5% were girls.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, accounting for 92.1% of the Ithaca School District total enrollment.

Ithaca School District covers three schools within Richland County, with its main office in Richland Center.

Among the three schools in the Ithaca School District, Ithaca Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 158 students in the 2022-23 school year.

Nearly 830,000 students were enrolled in Wisconsin schools in the 2021-22 school year. This is a 0.85% decrease from the year before. In sharp contrast to declining public school figures, enrollment in charter schools rose 4.5% to more than 52,000.

In 2022, there was roughly one teacher for every 14 students in a Wisconsin classroom, compared to the national average of 1:16. AAA State of Play considered Wisconsin to have the 14th best teacher to student ratio in the U.S.
