The majority of students in Lafayette County districts were white in the 2024-25 school year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of the 2,829 students attending Lafayette County district schools, 81.9% were white. Hispanic students were the second largest ethnic group within Lafayette County's districts, making up 16.3% of the student body.
