The majority of students in Richland County districts were white in the 2024-25 school year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of the 1,440 students attending Richland County district schools, 83.3% were white. Hispanic students were the second largest ethnic group within Richland County's districts, making up 10.4% of the student body.

In the previous school year, white students were also the most common group in Richland County districts, representing 84% of the student body.
